FAQs

Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please let us know of your plans by May 31, 2026.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids of all ages are welcome, and encouraged, to attend. We will have some small activities to keep the children entertained but encourage you to bring any toys or games you'd like to share as well.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Casual garden party attire: dress to impress but keep it breezy and outdoor-friendly! Wear sundresses, florals, khakis and lighter hues -- and shoes suitable for grass (jacket & tie not required). Please shy away from greens as our ceremony participants will be wearing a variety of green hues.

Question

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Rain or shine the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, in the backyard.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

We highly recommend carpooling, if possible! The location is a residential neighborhood with limited driveway and street parking. Antioch Bible Baptist Church has allowed us to use the back of their parking lot and is less than one block from the event location.

Question

Can we take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We've hired a professional photographer to capture all the special moments, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about taking photos; however, if you do decide you want to capture a memory, please stay seated and avoid blocking the photographer or the view of other guests. Personal photos during the reception are highly encouraged!

Question

Can I bring a plus one or additional guests?

Answer

To keep the wedding ceremony intimate, we are only able to invite those listed on the invitation. However, we do welcome plus ones and additional guests to the Happily Ever After Celebration in Kentucky!

Question

Where can I find your registry?

Answer

We feel truly blessed to have everything we need to make our house a home. Your love and support mean the world to us, and your presence is the greatest gift we could ever ask for. However, if you would like to give, there will be a box for greeting and gift cards at the ceremony or you can select Registry from the side menu and use Venmo to contribute to one of the funds listed. Best gift card options for our area include Lowe's, Menards, Walmart, Kroger, or Visa.
