Ceremony – 4:00 PM
The ceremony will commence at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive a few minutes early to allow sufficient time for parking and transferring to the venue. Your timely arrival will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable start to the celebration.
Cocktails – 5:00 PM
Join us at 5:00 PM to enjoy a beverage of your choice along with a selection of tasty appetizers. This is a wonderful opportunity to mingle with fellow guests and meet the horses. As a courtesy, please refrain from smoking in or near the stable area.
Dinner – 6:00 PM
At 6:00 PM, we you will be treated to some of Will’s culinary favorites from his hometown of Chicago. Enjoy a delicious meal in good company as we continue the evening’s festivities.
Dancing – 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM
The dance floor opens at 7:30 PM! Help Will and Bailey ring in their marriage with plenty of energy and fun. We look forward to seeing everyone out on the dance floor to make unforgettable memories together.
