We have officially decided to postpone our wedding date to 10/17/2020 in light of the situation with COVID-19. This was in no way an easy decision and we appreciate all the love and understanding we have received during this time. Although this was not the original plan for our wedding, we are still immensely looking forward to getting to celebrate this special day with all of our friends and family in October. Sending everyone lots of love and well wishes! -The Future Rodich's Note: if you have already RSVP'd for our previous wedding date, you are able to submit another response on our website to update your availability under the RSVP section of the website as before.
We met one month before we both graduated from TCU. Sean and I first bonded over the show "How I Met Your Mother", as well as pizza (and free beer) from a local Fort Worth joint. After spending the first year apart attending our respective medical schools (UT Southwestern and Texas A&M), Sean was fortunate enough to be placed on the Dallas campus so that we could spend the remainder of our time in medical school together in the same city. We have faced grueling educational experiences and challenging life events, but, through everything, we have grown so much in love. I officially said 'yes' to a lifetime of happiness together on March 10, 2018 after Sean proposed at the Fort Worth Water Gardens (location of our second date) with pink rose petals and a hand-painted blue French horn, in true "How I Met Your Mother" style. The last 3.5 years have been nothing short of amazing and we are so excited to get married and spend the rest of our lives together!
