Question

Wedding Ceremony

Answer

We will be having a small, intimate ceremony. We look forward to celebrating with everyone at the reception following. Specific details will be in your invitation.

Question

Venue Setting

Answer

The venue is a ranch, barn, and outdoor setting. Due to the hazards of a ranch setting and limitations on guest count, we are kindly requesting that children do not attend unless specifically mentioned on your invitation. If you need to bring your children with you please call or text us (719-640-7235) to make arrangements.

Question

Camping on-site

Answer

The ranch allows tent camping. A $25 fee (per-person) and signed waiver will be due 14 days prior to the event for anyone camping, more details to come. You will need to bring all your own gear/ tent. Some RVs/ Campers are allowed so if you have a camper or RV you would like to bring please call or text Bailey at 719-640-7235. Any people camping will need to be vacated with their area/ trash cleaned up by 12:00PM on Sunday. Camping will be the opportunity for those that want to keep the celebration going through the night!

Question

Where to stay

Answer

There are plenty of different places to stay in Fort Collins. No specific requirements as the venue is outside of town and we do not have a hotel block. There are also many Airbnb options. If you have questions feel free to reach out to us directly. *See Travel page for links and more information*

Question

Travel

Answer

Those from out of state will fly in to DIA (Denver International Airport) and can either rent a car or take a shuttle to Fort Collins. Green ride/Groome is a good option to shuttle from DIA to Fort Collins. The venue is at a higher elevation. Please be mindful of altitude sickness (headache, light nausea, dizziness, fatigue). The best way to avoid is to stay hydrated and take it easy the first day.

Question

Transportation

Answer

The ranch is ~40 minutes outside of Fort Collins. There is plenty of parking up at the ranch; however, if you are not comfortable driving the canyon, you would rather not drive, or you won’t have a sober driver we will be providing transportation from town to the ranch and back. Details on location and timing to be determined.

Question

Weather

Answer

Colorado fall weather can be very temperamental. We would recommend bringing extra coats and warm clothes, just in case. The reception is inside; however, it is still a barn setting. For those camping please make sure you bring adequate clothing and a warm sleeping bag.

Question

Dress Code

Answer

We have no requirements for attire, please feel free to wear what you are comfortable in. Think rustic casual and maybe a little dressed up. Outdoor friendly shoes and layers for the evening are recommended. The reception area has a gravel floor and some of the pathways are dirt, which may also affect shoe choice.
