FAQs

Question

By when should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP on the “RSVP” page of our website by May 15th, 2026. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any concerns.

Question

What is the attire for the cocktail party and the reception?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to dress in black tie optional attire. For men, this means a tuxedo is optional, but welcomed. A well-tailored black or navy suit with a tie is equally appropriate. For women, we recommend long, formal dresses or elegant evening gowns. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Question

Do I need to wear my evening attire to the Church?

Answer

No, great question! If you are attending the church ceremony, you do not need to wear your evening attire. Please feel free to wear semi-formal attire that is still polished and appropriate for the setting as it will be a full Catholic mass.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Park Ridge Marriott to Edgewood Country Club, and back at the end of the night. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the ceremony at St. Elizabeth’s Church.

Question

How may I inform you of my dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

A vegetarian option will be available. If you have any food allergies or dietary concerns, please contact the bride or groom directly.

Question

May I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitations (which in some instances may be addressed differently than your Save the Date), as it is addressed accordingly. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding reception. Children are more than welcome to attend the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Kindly plan to arrive at St. Elizabeth’s by 2:45 p.m. so the ceremony may begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation.

Question

What are some good restaurant options nearby?

Answer

We have several favorite spots in the area depending on what you're in the mood for! Kinchley's Tavern (Mahwah), Favale's Trattoria (Ramsey), and Esposito's (Mahwah) are our favorite pizza places. Roxanne's in Mahwah is another great pizza/Italian option, particularly for bigger groups. Allendale Bar and Grill, as well as Mahwah Bar and Grill, are great casual spots if you're in the mood for burgers, wings, etc. Just Janice (Ho-Ho-Kus) is our favorite restaurant in the area. It has something for everyone and is a great BYOB option. Andrea's (Waldwick) is a BYOB and is a great Italian resteraunt we've loved going to since we were in high school. It's where Bailey asked me to Senior Prom! Savini's (Allendale) is another great Italian option. Matthew's Diner (Waldwick) and Willow & Whisk (Wyckoff) are great options for breakfast. Uncle Giuseppe's and Wegmans are the best grocery stores in the area.
