What time should I arrive at the ceremony?What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:00 pm. Shuttles will be available to take you from the parking area to the ceremony site starting at 2:00 pm. Please try to arrive at the ceremony site at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Parking and shuttle pick-up is located at the second entrance to the venue - go past the first entrance with the Deer Valley Ranch arch and enter at the next right.

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available on site. The parking area is located at the second entrance to the venue - go past the entrance with the Deer Valley Ranch arch and enter at the next right. Shuttles will begin taking guests from the parking area up to the ceremony site at 2:00 pm.

Answer

If we don’t receive an RSVP response from you by May 27, 2026, we will consider your invitation declined. If you missed the deadline we will not be able to accommodate you as final numbers have already been passed to our venue and vendors after this date.

Answer

All weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. Dinner will be inside followed by an indoor/outdoor reception.

We request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony so our photographer can capture these special moments. After the ceremony you are more than welcome to take pictures and videos. You absolutely have our permission to post them; we only ask that you refrain from posting photos with children unless their parents have given permission.

Yes, we will have an open bar with beer, seltzer, and wine for everyone to enjoy. Due to the high altitude we won’t be serving liquor; thank you for understanding and helping us keep everyone safe and feeling their best while celebrating.

Our dress code is semi-formal. We invite everyone to dress up and look their best while still being comfortable. Terrain at the venue can be steep and uneven. Comfortable footwear is recommended!

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend! Please be sure to RSVP for them. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that parents please keep a close eye on their little ones. Children should be supervised at all times and respectful of the space, event, and other guests. If you believe your little one may struggle sitting through a wedding we ask that you take this as an opportunity to have a night out without kids. Our reception will have alcohol and music that may not be kid-friendly. We want everyone to have a great time, so please keep this in mind when deciding what’s best for your family.
