Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be under a covered pavilion. We recommend bringing sunglasses and dressing for outdoor weather. If it’s hot we will provide fans for guests and there will be plenty of shade. If it rains the ceremony and reception will be under the covered pavilion.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

There is plenty of parking and there will be parking attendants on site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love little ones but we kindly ask you find other arrangements for our wedding. Invited guests are ages 16 and up. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask only invited guests attend our wedding. When a household fills out the RSVP form they will see who is invited and if guests receive a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

What are the transportation options?

Answer

The Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in Rocky Mount will provide shuttle services to and from the venue. There are no Uber or Lyft services in Spring Hope so we recommend considering your transportation options ahead of time. Please drive responsibly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any food allergies. We will do our best to make sure our buffet menu is accommodating. Our wedding menu does not contain any tree nuts. We want everyone to enjoy the tasty food!
