Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Downtown Indianapolis has an abundance of great hotels to choose from. We've provided a few recommendations on the Travel tab of our website. You're welcome to book at any of our recommended hotels, or elsewhere! Bailey's immediate family will be staying at the JW Marriott, and Olivia's immediate family will be staying at the Westin.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Suggested attire includes a suit or dress shirt with tie, cocktail/formal dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. We ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or colors traditionally reserved for the bride.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with as many people as possible, our venue unfortunately does not have unlimited space. Plus ones are by invitation only and will be clearly listed on your invite.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Biltwell has a large, free parking lot with plenty of spaces. Rideshare options are also plentiful from downtown Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. We strongly encourage you to call an Uber or Lyft if you plan to party! If you drive to the wedding but need to call an Uber on the way home, the Biltwell encourages guests to leave their cars in the lot overnight and return safely in the morning.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present with us. Phones, cameras, etc are not allowed to be used during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll be happy to share the photos with you afterwards. From cocktail hour through the end of the night, you're welcome to take all the photos and videos you want! We can't wait to see how much fun you had!
