Due to limited capacity at the venue, we can only accommodate people listed on your invitation.
We kindly request formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or midi-length cocktail dress. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all take place outdoors, followed by dancing in the barn. Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue has primarily grass and gravel terrain when considering your footwear. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
We love your little ones, but kindly ask that you please leave them at home for the events of the weekend.
We ask that you arrive as early as 2:30pm for a welcome beverage and to find a seat for our ceremony under the old Cork Oak tree. The ceremony will start at 3:00pm.
Yes! Ru's Farm offers ample, complimentary parking for all wedding guests in their spacious grass lot. Cars can be left overnight onsite at Ru's, as the parking lot is private, secured, and monitored. Your car will need to be picked up the next morning between 8-10am.
Transportation will not be provided to the ceremony. Ubers and Lyfts are limited in Healdsburg, so we recommend driving to the venue. After the wedding, shuttles will be provided from the venue to the after-party in Healdsburg Square. Shuttles will remain outside of the after party to take guests back to their accommodations until 12:45am if needed. *Your car has to be picked up from Ru's Farm the next day between 8-10am.

Renting a car will allow for the most convenience and flexibility, but there are express airport shuttles that run from SFO or OAK airports to Santa Rosa.
