Answer

The venue prohibits outside alcohol, drugs, and weapons. We will have plenty of drink options available for you to enjoy! There will be a fine to pay if bringing any of the above into the venue.

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is May 15th, 2027. If we do not receive a response by this date we will assume you cannot come. We will hate to miss you, but understand. This date is for us to complete last number details for food and the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress for our wedding is formal. Women should wear a dress, please don't wear white or ivory. Men should wear a suit or dress shirt/slacks, tie is optional.

What to expect with the weather?

Answer

July in Kentucky can be humid and hot. The ceremony beginning in the evening should help with this and the reception building will have A/C. We can get a lot of rain here in summer, and the venue is prepared with a back up if needed.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

The venue will have a parking area and shuttle you over once you arrive. Please arrive 30 mins before the ceremony so you can find a seat and get comfortable.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be eating a variety of salads and pizza options for you to choose from to accommodate diets. We are not cooking the menu options, so for severe allergies it may be best to eat before.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone at our celebration, we are requesting a child-free event unless you are immediate family. We hope you use this weekend as a stress free, relaxing getaway in the appalachians.
