Can I bring a plus-one or my children?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests whose names are listed on the invitation. Unfortunately, we can’t add additional guests or children unless they are specifically included in the invitation, but we can’t wait to celebrate with you and hope you enjoy a fun, relaxing night with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

The "theme" is a fall garden party. For women, we recommend colors such as burgundy, mustard yellow, burnt orange, rust, gold, deep forest green, dusty blue, mauve, etc. Dresses are obviously welcome, but if that's not your vibe, jumpsuits or nice pants/blouse are okay too. We want you to feel comfortable! With shoes, please note that the wedding is outdoors, so wear something that you will be okay with walking on the grass with. For men, nice boots and jeans are okay. You can also wear dress pants with a button-down shirt or a polo shirt.

When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by 10/1/2026. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?

Answer

Yes, you have to. For the sake of our sanity, please use the RSVP link at the top. It is far easier for us than dealing with 50 forms of communication for RSVPing. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at Bjpitts1107@gmail.com. Thank you!

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I've already RSVP'd?

What can I expect the weather to be like?

Answer

Well, since it is November in Texas, we can't give you a super solid answer. Last year, the weather was still warm in November, but you never know what to expect for this coming year. We would recommend you wear something "layerable" to be prepared. Keep in mind that the wedding/reception is all outdoors. We also recommend taking a peek at the weather before packing and dressing accordingly.

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you are traveling from out of town, there are a handful of hotels in Mount Pleasant itself, as well as some in the surrounding towns. There are also several Airbnb/VRBOs around the area if you want to make a weekend out of it!

Absolutely! There is plenty of parking out at the venue.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an in-house bartender. It will be an open bar!

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, we have created a registry to help us spruce up our new home!! The link is at the top of the page.
