The ceremony will be held on the first floor of The Mayo Hotel and the reception will be held on the 16th floor, the Crystal Ballroom.
Please arrive with ample time to be seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM.
The ceremony will be held indoors in the Grand Hall to ensure everyone’s comfort, given Oklahoma’s warm June weather.
Attire: Black Tie Optional — For men, tuxedos or dark suits. For women, floor-length gowns, or elevated cocktail looks. Feel free to play with texture, silhouette, and color. Our palette is soft and romantic: blues, greens, pinks, and purples, but you are welcome to explore any shade within these tones or wear other colors to make your look your own. Dress to impress and help us celebrate in style.
Yes! We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony unplugged by refraining from taking photos or videos. We’ve hired wonderful professionals to capture every moment, and we hope you’ll be fully present with us as we say “I do.”
Yes, complimentary valet parking will be provided for all non-hotel wedding guests. If you're staying at The Mayo Hotel, overnight parking is available for a nightly fee.
Transportation will not be provided on our wedding day, as all events are centrally located at The Mayo Hotel. If you choose not to stay at The Mayo, feel free to check out nearby accommodations on our "Travel" page. However, transportation will be provided for guests attending the rehearsal dinner. A trolley will run between The Mayo Hotel and The Canopy to make getting there and back easy and stress-free. The trolley will start taking guests over at 5:30 PM for a 6:00 PM event start time.
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening together.
We’ll kick things off with canapés during cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner with your choice of entrée. Dinner entrée options will include a beef short rib, herb roasted chicken, vegan dish, or a specially prepared meal for those with dietary restrictions.
Yes! We will gladly accommodate vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and gluten-free diets. We’re working closely with our caterers to ensure strict food guidelines are followed so everyone can enjoy a meal. You’ll find a spot on your RSVP card to share any dietary restrictions.
There will be an open bar available for guests to enjoy during the cocktail hour and reception, featuring wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. If you plan to join us for the after-party on the rooftop, we recommend bringing cash or a credit card, as drinks following the reception will not be covered.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. Our address is linked to our registry. Additionally, a wedding card box will be at our reception.
