Bailey's perspective: Jason and I met using the modern match making of the dating app bumble. After years (for me) and just a few months (for Jason) of online dating it can still be stressful to meet up for a first date. We planned to meet up after I was done working which wasn't until 9:30pm on a Wednesday night. I wanted to cancel as I was tired, not only from the work day but from all the failed first dates attempts I had experienced in all the years before. I am SO glad I didn't cancel ;) Within the first few minutes I knew he was something special. We talked effortlessly for hours and it was by far the best first date I have ever had- in fact, I called a friend on my way home and gushed "this might sound dramatic, but I feel like I just met my husband". Needless to say, it led to the most amazing thing I have yet to experience in my life. I am thankful everyday for the way God orchestrated our lives together. I can't wait to spend the rest of it with him! Jason's perspective: After moving to Colorado I had a friend convince me to try some dating apps. I had no idea that within 2 months I would be going on a first date with my future wife. I hadn't taken the dating apps very seriously until I came across this beautiful blonde who bated me with a picture of her and a puppy (Tiny). I remember talking to my Best Man about her and how I loved that she was always busy chasing her passion during the day to text me back (thank God her school is over). I knew after our first date I found someone special but after our third date I knew I would marry Bailey. If anyone would have asked me a year ago if I thought I would be planning my wedding and writing this message I would have called you crazy...... But here I am blessed to get to spend the rest of my life with a God loving, intelligent, caring, HOTTIE.
