Bring your friends by the distillery and learn how they make the best-tasting whiskey by hand. Then, enjoy a sample of their products and check out the Gift Shop. Tours are free, and they are led every half hour. You may also drive by their Barrelhouse in Alexandria on the corner of 6th Ave East and Nokomis St.
22 Northmen Brewing Company
22 Northmen is a Viking-inspired brewery located at Carlos Creek Winery. Created in the style of traditional Viking architecture, the brewery is a great place to drink great brews and also has a warm atmosphere.
Carlos Creek Winery
Founded in 1997, Carlos Creek Winery has 160 acres of land that are home to vineyards and 22 different varieties of apples. The winery offers fun and activities, which include wine tasting, tours, lawn games, live music, pedal bikes for rent, and a store to purchase wine & gifts.

Silver Sage Ranch
Silver Sage Ranch is a family-friendly horse ranch for horseback riding and trail rides. The ranch also has a great campground for camping, picnics, and more.
Alexandria City Park
Alexandria City Park is located on the northeast side of Lake Agnes and Lake Henry. This park has a public swimming beach (no lifeguards present), restrooms with a bathhouse, playgrounds, picnic areas, grills, fishing piers, and a bandstand.
