Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Both the Courtyard Rockaway (Mount Arlington) and Holiday Inn Express & Suites (Mount Arlington) will have transportation to and from the venue. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites (Newton Sparta) will NOT have transportation provided. Please note if you will be taking a shuttle bus when you RSVP :)

What time do I meet the shuttle?

Answer

Please meet in the lobby of your hotel at 4pm. Shuttles will leave from both hotels at PROMPTLY 4:15pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Will this be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony. Please keep the April weather in mind when getting dressed!

When should I arrive to Bear Brook Valley?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. The buses will leave the hotels at 4:15pm. Please arrive at 4:30pm if not taking the provided transportation.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available at the venue.

Are there rideshare options in the area?

Answer

Ubers and Lyfts may be available, but we have heard they are scarce. Best to rely on the shuttle buses or driving yourself.

Will there be an After Party?

Answer

Yes!!!! We can't wait to keep the night going with our party people following the reception. We will be at the Courtyard Rockaway-Mt. Arlington lobby bar immediately following the wedding.
