FAQs

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a pasta bar at the reception with sides as well! Dinner will start being served at 5:00. If you have any allergies, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or Derek so we can make accommodations!

Question

What time should I get to the Ceremony?

Answer

With there being limited space for the ceremony we suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you get a seat where you would like as well as be seated before the bridal party starts making their entrances. Once the ceremony starts at 3:00 we will be closing doors in order to not interrupt the line up. This means they will not be opened until after the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because there is limited space for the venue and reception hall, we have taken our guest numbers into serious thought to make sure we get to celebrate with all our closet family and friends! With that being said if you receive a plus one their name will be listed on or inside the invitation.

Question

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Although we love your littles, we request that this be an adult only celebration. With no attendance of those under the age of 17. The only kids that will be present for the ceremony will be the flower girl, ring bearer, and one usher. We thought you might enjoy a date night, which is why we've decided on an adult only ceremony and reception to follow. We hope you understand and respect our decision and cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

Question

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

Yes, there will be alcohol served during the reception. This is also a big factor that was made in the decision of an adults only event. With alcohol being served we kindly ask you to keep in mind after the wedding when you are making your way home. We want all of our loved ones traveling safely.

Question

What is Social Hour?

Answer

On your invite Social Hour is listed on the invitation from 4:00 to 5:00. This will be directly after the ceremony. After the ceremony you will make your way to the reception hall directly by the Ranch's main office. During this time, we encourage you to walk around, grab a drink and meet all of our favorite people. This time will also be used for bridal party and immediate family picture before the reception.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable so just wear your Sunday best! The bridesmaids will be wearing dark satin brown, and the groomsman will be in tan shirts. We ask that you DO NOT wear white. Neutral colors are encouraged but not required.

Question

Do I have to RSVP online or do I have to send on a RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP on our website https://www.zola.com/wedding/baileyanddereknovember152025 as we did not send out RSVP cards. Please RSVP by Oct 1st, 2025. If we have not received an RSVP from you by this date, we will assume this means you are not able to make it, and we will miss you dearly.

Question

Do we have a registry?

Answer

We do have registry with Walmart and Amazon listed on this website. Gifts are not expected as we are just excited about getting to celebrate with you all.

Question
