Group Name: Bailey and Danny Wedding Group ID: 916378 This is what you need to tell the group coordinator or Hiram when you call to book your cruise! You can use the phone number without the extension to talk to any person who can help you schedule. I would ask them directly if they can book you under this group ID, and if not, they will transfer you to someone who can! Booking under our group ID will ensure that you get put into our group rate, and will also associate your reservation with ours. Phone: (888) 727-4907 - this will take you to an automated system where you can say “group bookings” - then say no it was not booked through an external travel agent Then it will say” if you know your parties extension press 1” - then type in the extension 44205 if you want to talk to Hiram directly. Any group coordinator will be able to help book you with our booking ID. I have both concierge class and inside rooms blocked within our group reservation. When you call, they will talk you through these two room options as well as any other room options that are not locked in on a price within our group ID. See below for confirmed prices for both room types. When you call to book, a $500 deposit will be required to reserve your room at that time. Per 2 people, total per room, fully refundable group guaranteed rate, including drink package and basic WiFi: Concierge class with veranda patio: $4852 total for 2 people Inside Stateroom (no window/patio): $2834 total for 2 people They do have room options in between the two as well. If you do not drink, or do not want the fully refundable rate, make sure you mention that, and they will talk you through what your pricing looks like.
