If you have any questions that aren't covered below, please feel free to reach out to Bailey at 503-709-8169.
Question

How are we addressing COVID-19 at our wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are so grateful for our loved ones joining us on this special day and we want to ensure everyone feels comfortable throughout the afternoon/evening. We did our very best to create a seating chart that keeps associated family members together. Masks are required when unable to maintain 6 feet of distance (including standing in line for drinks, dance floor, restrooms). Dinner and desert will be plated and served to guests at their table. There will be hand sanitizer at every table and we'll have a COVID friendly guest book alternative to eliminate guests using the same pens. Song requests can be sent to our DJ via text message. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to Bailey.

Question

How will seating work for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception locations are right next to each other. The ceremony location is classified as a "Venue" and the reception location (tent) is classified as a "Restaurant". As of now, we are unfortunately only allowed 50 people in our ceremony location. This includes our photographer, DJ, officiant, bridal party, etc. So you can see how quickly we reach 50 individuals. The remainder of our guest list will be watching from the reception tent just directly behind our ceremony. Please follow signage when you arrive to watch from the tent unless you are contacted by us directly (prior to our wedding day) about sitting in the ceremony location. We really appreciate your understanding of the way we've had to modify our wedding due to COVID-19.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to park, walk down to the venue and find your seat.

Question

How can I view the virtual ceremony?

Answer

Details will be available under the "Schedule" tab prior to our wedding day.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring the individuals that are addressed on the envelope of your wedding invitation. We want to be mindful of our guest count in order to ensure enough space in between table groups.

Question

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We LOVE all your kiddos. In order to keep our guest count down due to the pandemic and to give you the night off, we have decided not to allow children other than those in the wedding party.

Question

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be alcohol. If you are interested in alcoholic beverages aside from the champagne toast, please make sure you bring your ID. The bar is card only, no cash.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on the corresponding tab above by September 18, 2020.

For all the days along the way
