We met during our sophomore year of high school and quickly became close friends. Our friendship slowly turned into more and by the end of our senior year we were officially dating. From there, we spent the next four years together at Wisconsin Lutheran College. There we played our collegiate sports, grew in our faith, and discovered the paths God was calling each of us to follow. On Colin’s birthday, April 14, 2025 he completely surprised me with a proposal that was thoughtfully planned with the help of both of our families. I was very surprised which made the moment even more special and a day that we will always remember! This followed another surprise with all of our family and friends coming over to celebrate with us! As we begin this next chapter together, we are beyond grateful for our parents, families, and friends who have loved and supported us every step of the way. We are so excited to start our marriage, continue walking with our Savior, grow closer to Him and to each other, and give thanks for the many blessings God has placed in our lives.
