Question

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. However, please note all cars must be removed from the venue at the end of the night. Any cars at the venue after the event concludes WILL BE TOWED. If you plan to drink and stay at our recommended hotel, please use our complimentary shuttle service.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline was January 1st and has now passed. If your plans have changed please let us know ASAP.

While we love your kiddos, we are having an adults only wedding celebration.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel & the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle running to and from our recommended accommodation the Hampton Inn and Suites Tampa East to the wedding venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal. This event will be entirely outdoors with the reception held under a beautiful sailcloth tent. Please plan to wear shoes you are comfortable walking in a mulch and grassy area for the ceremony. The average temperature this time of year is comfortable with a low of 60°F and and a high up to 80°F.

Can I take pictures?

We kindly ask that once the ceremony begins that all cell phones/electronic devices please be put away. We would love for everyone to enjoy the ceremony and be present with us! Please feel free to take as many pictures as you like before and after the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless they are specifically named on your invitation / save the date, we will not have room for you to bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

When does the wedding start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We kindly ask that you arrive between 4:00 - 4:45pm. If you are planning on utilizing our recommended accommodation there will be a complimentary shuttle service to drive you to the venue. The trip will take approximately 10 minutes, so please plan accordingly.
