Our story all started on an online dating app called “bumble”. You swipe right if you’re interested or you swipe left if you’re not. I swiped right very fast. Our story got put on hold for 2 months because that’s how long it was until Bryton came across my profile. Those two months I really didn’t think much about it, & I wasn’t even using the app anymore. That was until I got a notification that said I had a new match & it was him! We really hit it off. We texted & facetimed non stop that week, & then he asked me on a date. On Sept 29, 2018 we went on our first date & it was the best date I have ever been on. It was perfect. Our relationship progressed very fast & I found myself not just liking this man, but Ioving this man. I knew I wanted to marry him. On Oct 22nd we were sitting on my couch & he got quiet. He looked at me & told me he loved me & asked me to be his girlfriend. From the beginning of our relationship I just always felt this overwhelming amount of peace. People would say things were going too fast, but I never felt that way. I just always knew that this was what God had for me. Early on in our relationship we began taking about marriage. We knew we wanted to get married but also knew we wanted it to be in God’s timing. With Bryton graduating in May & starting a new job, we knew that this dream of getting married would soon become a reality. I knew the day he asked me to marry him would be perfect, but it was even more perfect than I ever imagined. On July 20th, 2019 where we had our first date he asked me to marry him & on Dec 14, 2019 I get to marry my best friend & I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with him. I love everything about him. I love the heart he has to serve others, the ability he has to make me laugh my loudest laughs. I love the way he openly worships Jesus & that he stops whatever he is doing to pray for me. I am talking hands laid on me praying out loud type of praying. He is perfect. We cant wait to celebrate with you!
