Ceremony

There will be gondola transportation up the mountain to our ceremony. The gondola is located at the base and is walking distance from The Grand and Sheraton. Gondola upload will begin at 2:00 PM. The ceremony will be held outside on a grass lawn. There will be a champagne happy hour on the mountain following the ceremony.
Reception
5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Shuttles will be provided by Ski Town Transportation to transport guests to the reception location from the Grand from 4:30 to 5:30. The shuttles will also be available to take guests back to the Grand from 8:30 to 10:30. The Grand also has shuttles that can take hotel guests to our reception location. The shuttle is for all hotel guests. Guests may also use Go Alpine Taxi Service by texting your name, number of people and drop off and pick up locations to 970-879-2800.
