What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating will begin at 4pm, we ask that you arrive in plenty of time to be seated for the ceremony to start promptly at 4:30pm.

What time will the shuttle run?

Answer

Shuttle pick up to ceremony will be 3pm at the Hampton Inn and 3:15pm at the Best Western. The shuttle will run multiple times from 8:30pm - 11pm to drop guests off at the hotels after the event. Last shuttle will be at 11pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Plus ones are indicated on the invitation. If you did not receive one, we ask that you do not bring a date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. If you need to leave your vehicle overnight, it must be picked up by 12pm the following day, 10/26/25.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle option to and from the hotels to the venue.
