What are other options for lodging?

Answer

There are plenty of Airbnb and VRBO rental properties close by. Buses will be taking off from The Sebastian Hotel so if you are not within walking distance, you will need to find transportation to the hotel for the wedding day.

Are kids allowed?

If you're planning to visit Vail with your children, we'd be happy to offer recommendations for childcare and family-friendly activities. Please note, however, that our weekend wedding events will be adults-only.

How can we get to/from the venue?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from Downtown Vail to Camp Hale and back.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor events in grass. Dinner will be indoors. Keep this in mind for your shoe choice and don't forget to pack a pair of sunglasses just in case! We also recommend bringing a fur or heavy coat as it will be likely in the 30s-40s at night.
