The Wedding Website of Bailey Freeman and Axel Segura Valentin
Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the evening, but we ask that you arrive no later than 3:50 PM. Please be aware of traffic, due to the date being a Thursday afternoon. Allow yourself travel time. No one will be allowed entry into the ceremony after the start; you will be asked to wait until cocktail hour.

Question

When's the deadline to rsvp?

Answer

Please let us know you are coming, no later than July 17, 2026. You are able to RSVP by clicking the option on the top of our website at any time. If you don't RSVP YES before this date, you will be marked as "not attending". While we would love to celebrate with you, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and are unable to accept late RSVP's. There will be no seating, dinner, or drinks available for you.

Question

Can I Bring a Plus-One?

Answer

While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our guest list is limited to those specifically listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your love and support and can’t wait to spend this special day with you!

Question

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

As much as we love and adore your kids, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of a few children in our family who will be part of the day. If your child is one of them, you’ll see their name on your invitation and RSVP page. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the evening!

Question

Will the Ceremony be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors.

Question

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Answer

We will be serving a delicious dinner of street tacos, with sides and all of the fixings! We will also have appetizers to snack on before dinner is served. We have beef & chicken options available!

Question

WHAT DO I DRINK?

Answer

We will have beer, seltzers, wine, and a few liquor options available, as well as two signature cocktails crafted just for the day. Come ready to party, but ensure you have a safe ride home!

Question

Can I Take Photos/Videos During the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you to refrain from photography, and videography during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present with us during that time. Our amazing photographers will handle all of photo needs! However, photos and videos are allowed and encouraged during cocktail hour, and our reception. We ask that you scan the QR codes around the venue to drop in all of your personal photos for everyone to see!

Question

What is The Dress Code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Please take this as an opportunity to dress up with us for the evening! We want this to be a night to celebrate, eat, drink, and party and we want you to do that in your nice clothes! You do not need to wear a tux, but we kindly ask for no jeans. Feel free to dress to our wedding colors if you wish! Don’t forget your dancing shoes! PLEASE refrain from wearing white.
