What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time (4 pm) to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities! (Arrive by 3:30 pm).

What's the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors. We will have fans and shade readily available. Our reception will take place in the air-conditioned Pavilion.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adults only with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be a parking lot out front of Harding Waterfront Estate. If you plan on staying in the hotel, there will be a free shuttle to and from the venue.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We've reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Oakville. You can book with our special rate using the link on our "Stay" page.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.
