When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you please RSVP by August 22, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Attire is cocktail with a strong emphasis on all black attire. If you know Bailey and Ian, you get it. Please wear your best black dresses and suits.

Is there any color I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Anything other than black ;)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will commence at 4:00 PM. Please try to arrive by 3:45 PM to take your seat prior to the ceremony start time.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bus that will make multiple trips and pick up guests from 41 Lakefront Hotel and Fairfield Inn and Suites Geneva. Bus trips will be at 3:00 and 3:30PM. The bus will take guests back to these hotels between 10 and 11PM after the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot in the rear of the Cracker Factory building.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food will be entirely vegan with allergens labeled. If you have a specific allergy and need accommodation, please text Bailey at 518-260-0218 to let her know.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Bailey and Ian do have a registry if you would like to give a gift, or you can contribute to their honeymoon fund if you are able. Please click on the "Registry" tab above for more information.
