The Bevy Hotel Boerne, a DoubleTree by Hilton

This hotel is where we will be having the room block with discounted rates. The rates do not include breakfast but there will be breakfast tacos for guests on Sunday morning as a farewell! This hotel will also be where the shuttle will pick up and drop off guests for the venue on Saturday and is conveniently located within a mile from Downtown Boerne.

Shuttle

Ceremony and Reception shuttle

November 22, 2025 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm

There will be 2 shuttles for guests that will depart from the Hotel Bevy at 3:30pm to take guests to the wedding venue. Select family members will be asked by the Bride and Groom to arrive on a 2pm bus to the venue for pictures prior to the ceremony. Otherwise, there is parking at the venue or you can grab a ride share. The venue is 15 miles from the Hotel Bevy. There will be two shuttles taking guests back to the Hotel Bevy from the venue at the end of the night. The first shuttle back to the Hotel Bevy will depart at 9:30pm for anyone wanting to leave a little early, but the majority of the shuttles will leave at 10:30pm after the send off for the newlyweds! Per the venue, there is no way to order an Uber/Lyft to the venue at the end of the evening. If you elect not to drive or take the bus, please schedule an Uber/Lyft for a scheduled pick up and they recommend arranging the day before the wedding.

The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is 27 miles from Boerne, Texas and has all major airlines. Ride shares are available from the airport as well as car rentals if interested!
