When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 6th 2019. Early RSVPs are greatly appreciated!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can either RSVP online or send back the RSVP card from your invitation! If choosing online, please just make sure to hit that submit button! :)

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30PM. Please show up by 4:00 to be in your seats by 4:15.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes. Roxbury Barn & Estate. 667 County Road 41, Roxbury, NY 12474.

Will the ceremony and reception be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

In good weather, the ceremony will be taking place outdoors while the reception will be indoors with outdoors access. Should the weather take a turn for the worst, the ceremony will be held in a pavilion, while the reception will be held indoors at the barn. Umbrellas will be provided by the venue.

Will there be dinner and dancing?

Answer

You know it! And as for all of you vegan/vegetarians- Bailey has you covered. :) Ryan is taking care of the carnivores. Cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres starts immediately following the ceremony. Have a dietary restriction? Please let us know with your RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot available at the wedding venue where you can leave your car overnight if you wish. We will also have a shuttle service available for those whose lodging that is within 10 minutes of the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes we do! Please see the travel section of the website for more details. We recommend booking your lodging ASAP as the Catskills are a popular summer destination. There is also no hotel room block. You will need to seek accommodations independently.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! Due to our choice of an outdoor wedding and reception venue, we do not recommend wearing high heels.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest" then absolutely! If it is just your name, we would prefer just you!

Have a loved one that needs transportation assistance around the venue?

Answer

There will be two golf carts to help our guests navigate the venue safely and comfortably!
