Below you will find answers to questions you may have! If you have a question that is not answered below feel free to reach out to us or our families!
Question

Where should I park when I arrive to the venue?

Answer

When you arrive at the venue, you will drive down a gravel driveway. You must park along the gravel driveway, in the grass. Parking attendants will be there to guide you. There will be a golf cart shuttling guests to and from the venue, for those in need. Parking is NOT permitted past the gates, which are located at the end of the driveway, closest to the venue.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00, so we ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early. This ensures you have ample time to park, mingle briefly, and find a seat. Anyone who arrives at or after the start of the ceremony, will be asked to stand in a designated area, to ensure there are no distractions during our ceremony. Please plan accordingly, as we would love for each and every one of you to be present with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking that all of our guests wear semi-formal, garden attire. For women, a floor length or midi length dress is great. For men, dress pants and a button-up are preferred. Please no jeans or sneakers! All guests should avoid wearing cream, ivory, or white attire! We recommend that you keep in mind, our venue is both indoor and outdoor, so it may get chilly once the sun goes down.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, due to the size of our venue. For this reason we have not included any blank plus-one invitations. All guests are addressed by name on the invitation you received. We hope you understand, and will still join us on our big day!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking any pictures or videos during our ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our special day, and we will be sure to share them with you as soon as we can. After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take as many pictures and videos as you would like. Please remember not to post any pictures or videos until the bride or groom has done so first!

What if I forget to RSVP by the date indicated on the invitation?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 23rd, 2025, we will count you as "not attending." We must have final numbers in by a specific date, which is why your timely response is crucial. We would love to have all of you there, so please plan accordingly!

Where is the best place for us to stay?

Answer

After extensive research and consideration, we decided not to block hotel rooms. We did this so that each guest is able to find a room that fits their budget, and is in a location that they prefer to stay. There are some nearby hotel options under the "travel" tab above. We also recommend looking at nearby Airbnb or VRBO rentals. Keep in mind, it will be October near the mountains, which means the foliage will be changing, bringing visitors from all over. It is best to book earlier than later!

We like keeping things simple! Our registry is located in the tabs above. Here you will find items offered through Zola, as well as items we linked from other websites. To keep things easy, we kept everything in one place.
