Their story begins in the distant past when the fathers of the bride and groom were childhood best friends. When the bride's father relocated to Texas, their friendship remained unbroken. Years later, their children continued the bond, unknowingly paving the way for their families to become one. In 2010, during the Romines trip to Texas, Clint and Bailey realized their connection had evolved beyond childhood friendship. Knowing the challenges of long-distance and their age, they remained close friends with late-night FaceTime calls and annual concert dates where they teased about the possibilities of something more one day. When COVID disrupted their 10th-year concert tradition, Bailey took a leap of faith with a one-way flight to visit Clint, marking the beginning of a new chapter. Recognizing the depth of their feelings, they embarked on a long-distance journey, and a year later, Bailey relocated to Indiana to be with Clint. With Clint's heartfelt proposal on a snowy winter day, sealed with a ring crafted by Bailey's father, their love story reached a new milestone.
