We are getting Married!

Towards the end of 2016, Andrew started his career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer at O2 Fitness Clubs. Around the same time, Bailey's father had encouraged her to join the gym he was attending in downtown Raleigh - O2 Fitness. One day during a routine workout, Andrew noticed a girl that was attempting box jumps on the highest box. "That was a close one..." He thought, as she barely landed the first one. As Andrew began focusing on his next exercise, he heard a loud clanging noise. Bailey's foot had caught the box, causing her to fall and scrape her leg.....If only there was a local hero afoot who could come to her aid!? Andrew came to help her up and introduced himself. From there they began conversing in the gym regularly and Andrew eventually asked her out for their first date! They both knew that it was something special early on, so Bailey was confident when she invited Andrew over to her parent's house for dinner after a few weeks. Andrew gladly accepted and was pleased to meet the Walters family for the first time. "I feel like I've known these people for years, I could see them being my in-laws" Andrew thought, as he finished his 2nd steak of the evening. Since then, Andrew and Bailey have grown together and as individuals. They are blessed to spend the rest of their lives together!

It was November 22, Thanksgiving Day 2018. Bailey's family was coming to Summerfield, NC to join Andrew's family for Thanksgiving. Andrew had been ring shopping (after Bailey had taught him what NOT to buy) in the previous months and thought it would be a great time to propose when everyone could celebrate together. Andrew asked Bailey to join him for a walk around the lake, knowing he could access a scenic dock area in the neighborhood. Bailey was not aware that he had something planned! Andrew was more nervous than he's used to but mustered up the courage to ask her hand in marriage. We laughed, cried, hugged, looked at the ring, Bailey cried a lot. It was one of the happiest moments in both of our lives. We came back to surprise/celebrate our families and had an amazing Thanksgiving Day.
