Parking
Answer
There will be no on-site parking available at the wedding venue. Guests who choose to park off-site may use the lot at Lafayette Meadows Elementary School, located just 0.3 miles from the Clements family home. A complimentary shuttle will provide transportation from the school to the ceremony location. For guests departing directly from the hotels, a shuttle will pick you up and bring you to the ceremony site. The shuttle from the offsite lot and the hotel will begin at 3:30 pm on Saturday the 13th. From there shuttles will continue every 10-15 minutes!

For those departing from the hotels, the shuttle will be picking up at the Fairfield Inn & Suites main entrance (7737 W Jefferson Blvd) For those staying in the SpringHill Suites please take the two (2) minute walk from the Springhill Inn to the Fairfield Inn.

For those parking their cars at the offsite lot, the shuttle will be parking at Lafayette Meadows main entrance. Please line up near the "Baileigh and Kaes" wedding sign.

Dress Code

The dress code is semi-formal, so please leave the ball gowns and blue jeans at home! Sorry for any confusion caused by 'formal' on the invitation, we just wanted to see which of our friends and family were paying attention. Please feel free to bring an extra pair of your comfiest dancing shoes to help keep the party going!

On our RSVP, we asked you for a food preference. This was to help our wonderful food truck vendors estimate the 'first wave' of hungry guests coming their way. You are NOT locked into your option if you show up craving a slice of pizza instead of a pupusa day of!

Please be aware that the venue has three (3) barn cats. These cats serve an important purpose for the property! These kitties are friendly but we ask that you do not pick them up.
