When should I rsvp by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving at 3:45 at the latest to make sure you are seated. Doors close and lock at 4:11 pm!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome through dinner time. However, we ask that as the reception extends, children are taken to rooms or home. This will be a party with uncensored music and adult dancing and we would appreciate no children! Thank you for your flexibility!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a variety of food available and are very careful of cross contamination. We will not be serving any shellfish, seafood, or nuts. If you are worried about a specific food and did not put it on the Save the Date information, please reach out to either Ron or Bailee.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The hotel has free parking on site.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

No, but there will be a cash bar available. While we encourage you to have a good time (pregaming is welcome :) ), Ron and Bailee don't drink so there will not be an open bar. Feel free to let loose though to your hearts content.

What are the wedding party colors? Do not wear!

Burnt Orange, Sage Green, and White. (Refrain from wearing these colors if you can)

Will the DJ be taking requests?

Answer

No! To preserve the flow of the reception, the DJ will not be taking in the moment requests.
