“We’re getting married!”

I was a cook at a restaurant & Nick was a regular there. He eventually asked some of us (that worked at the restaurant) back to his place for a couple of beers. We danced in the rain, put socks on and slid around on his floors, & talked until the sun came up. We got together and have been together since! We are best friends, as if we’ve known each other forever. Love is so beautiful, when you know it’s true!
