Bailee and I may have walked the same high school halls, but it wasn’t until years later, after we had both graduated college and started our careers, that God’s timing brought us together through a mutual friend. A week or two after that introduction, we scheduled a date and I was nervous yet still very excited! I still remember pulling into her driveway for our first date, unsure of what we’d talk about, how it would go, and just hoping I wouldn’t mess it up. But from the moment I saw her smile, heard her laugh, and felt her kindness, I realized there was something truly special about her. That night was the beginning of something far greater than I could have ever imagined. As the months passed, I found myself falling in love. Even the simplest adventures with Bailee became the most meaningful memories, and I was always counting down the days until I could see her again!! She quickly became my best friend, the person I wanted to share every part of my life with. Our story is a beautiful testament to God’s perfect timing. Though we first met in January, by July we both knew without a doubt that we wanted to spend forever together. I love Bailee deeply, her smile, the way she looks at me, the way she cares for and encourages me, but most of all I love the way she loves the Lord! That love shines through everything she does, and it’s one of the greatest blessings of my life to call her my future wife!!
