When should I RSVP?

Answer

We would love to know as soon as possible so we can book chair and food rentals through our venue; please ensure to RSVP by April 7, 2025.

Where is your registry?

Answer

We have decided to only do cash funds to put towards our wedding and our first apartment together. We are also going to be saving up for our honeymoon in the summer of 2026. If you would like to aid us in these expenses, please venmo @baileeannsmith or @charliejachimczuk3. Thank you so much for your generosity!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Since we want to keep our event as small as possible, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on the invitation.

Will children be welcome to attend?

Answer

We prefer for no children to attend; however, if you cannot find childcare, just text us and we can accommodate.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you cannot attned, please make sure to RSVP 'no' so we can properly plan our guest count.

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside at Ashford Acres Inn.

Where will the reception be held?

Answer

The reception will be held inside the event barn at Ashford Acres Inn.

What dinner will be served?

Answer

We will have a large charcuterie table set up and a mashed potato bar with pulled pork for guests to enjoy!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes. The bar during the reception will be a cash bar. The drinks will be an average of $3.

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

Yes, but only for the reception. We will, however, ask that no one sit in the front four rows at the ceremony, as those will be reserved for the wedding party and family to occupy.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For both the ceremony and reception, please wear formal attire; however, you do not have to wear black tie. Ceremony- The ceremony will be held outside, and since it will be (most likely) very hot, we suggest wearing airy attire and comfortable shoes. Reception- The reception is indoors, so feel free to be creative with your attire; however, make sure to pack some dancing shoes.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm, so please arrive between 5-5:15 to ensure you find parking and your seat before the event begins.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

I will have people taking photos and videos in areas that won't be captured by our professional photographer. So, don't worry, we will have plenty of photos to share with everyone! We ask that you do not take them with your own phones, as we do not want phones in our photos.
