When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
August 1, 2025. Please click on the RSVP tab on this website to find your invitation. If we do not receive your RSVP by the requested date, we will have to mark you as a "no".

I can't find my RSVP online, what should I do?
Answer
Make sure you use the name exactly as it appears on your invitation. If you have issues finding your RSVP, reach out to Ally or Brad. We'd rather hear from you early than not hear from you at all!

What is "semi-formal attire"?
Answer
Suits (tie optional) and cocktail dresses of any length. Any color except white :) No jeans please!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask that you arrive to the ceremony 30-35 minutes before to ensure you are able to sit where you wish and enjoy a welcome cocktail.

What happens if i miss the bus?
Answer
If you miss the bus or choose to arrange your own transportation, Uber & Lyft operate easily to and from the venue.

What if I do not stay in the recommended hotel?
Answer
No problem! Just keep in mind that the scheduled transportation only goes to and from SpringHill Suites. If you choose to stay in a different hotel or Air BnB, you can still take the bus from the designated hotel!

Can i park at the venue?

Ample parking is available onsite; however, cars cannot be left overnight on property.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

Can I bring my kids?

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only. Enjoy a date night! Thanks for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones be put away and turned to silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture these moments for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Party accordingly.

Will we be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside (weather permitting). Dinner & dancing will be inside.

If you have questions that cannot be answered by this page or website, you can contact Ally prior to the wedding date. Please don't save your questions for the week of the wedding- you might not get an answer back since we will be very busy
