When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by mail or here on the website, no later than Sunday February 9th, 2025. At that time we will need to turn in our final guest count to our vendors.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

You can send in your RSVP through the mail or reply here on our Zola website by using the QR code provided with your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 2:30, please try to be seated at least 15 mins prior to 3pm. We will be planning for the ceremony to start on time!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Wear your “Sunday’s Best”.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The Chapel at Mountain Springs has plenty of free parking places for you to park right by the entrance to the venue.

Is the Chapel at Mountain Springs wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. Both the Ceremony and Reception spaces are wheelchair accessible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! The more the merrier. We will have a kids activity table, and kid food options at the reception to keep all ages occupied and bellies full.

Will the ceremony, appetizer hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Weather willing, the appetizers will take place outside on the back patio. If it is chilly, the venue does have outdoor heaters, but you may want to bring a light jacket just in case.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do. The vendors we are working with are very mindful when it comes to food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please let me or Bryan know and we will do our very best to get the request put in.

There will be Karaoke during the Reception per the Grooms request.

Answer

If you are interested in singing a song as a solo, a duet, or even a group we would LOVE it. We ask that by meal time you visit the Dj booth, pick your song, and sign up so you can be put on the list!

Can I take photos during the Ceremony and the Reception?

Answer

We request an UNPLUGGED ceremony. This means once the Ceremony starts It our wish that all cellphones are silenced and put away. However cellphones will be welcomed during Appetizers and the reception.

Is there a designated seating arrangement during the Reception?

Answer

We are all family and close friends. We don’t have assigned seating. Our hope is you mingle and get to know one another.
