Q&A

To help everyone prepare for our big day, we’ve answered a few frequently asked questions below. If you need anything else, feel free to reach out.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

When we send out invitations to the wedding, we ask that all guests that are invited to meet the deadline by January 1, 2028. Anybody that misses this deadline will not have a seat at our wedding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We have a very strict black tie only dress code. We want all guests to come in their fanciest clothes and everyone to wear black. If you refuse to stick by our dress code, please do not rsvp and leave a seat for someone that is willing to. If you need an idea of what to wear, don't be afraid to reach out to me or the groom.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that no one brings a plus one unless you were given permission to by me or the groom. Anyone that brings a plus one will not be welcomed in and will be sent home. You will know if you have permission to if it is stated on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that no one under 15 attends our wedding. This is because of limited space in our reception space and honestly, who wants to hear kids crying all night? As much as we love your kids, if you bring them to the ceremony or reception, both of you will be sent home.

Question

How will drinks work?

Answer

We will have a cash only bar. You will be allowed unlimited drinks but if you get too drunk or too reckless, you will be sent home. We want a night of fun and safe drinking without all the drama. And this is a wedding after all.

Question

Are we allowed to take photos?

Answer

Taking photos during the reception is perfectly fine! But, during the ceremony we ask that it is a phone-free zone. We don't want any phones showing in our pictures.
