SO WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM? WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
Answer
If you have received your save the date, please consider booking your hotel room as soon as possible. The hotel only requires a one night deposit to secure your room, the rest will be paid at check in (please see the Travel and Hotel Booking tab for more information). Once you have booked your room, please feel free to RSVP right away so we have an accurate count on our numbers! Pueblo Bonito is very popular in Cabo for weddings and they often host multiple the same weekend so rooms go fast. That’s why we’re giving so much notice for this wedding. We want our guests to be able to get in on our great room block rate! March 18th by 7:00pm CST/8:00pm EST is the hard deadline to book in order to attend our wedding. I would recommend booking your hotel and flights separately (unless flight prices at the time of booking your hotel are also low). This way you are able to guarantee a hotel room while also keeping an eye out for the cheapest flights! Once you decide to book your flight, you are able to manage and change your hotel reservation if needed to accommodate your flight times if they are different from your original hotel booking! Please note that you will need to call the toll-free number (844)530-0518 to make the desired modifications to your reservation. Please make sure you receive an updated confirmation letter after any changes are made.

HOW LONG SHOULD I STAY IN CABO?
Answer
Stay as long as you want! We will be staying for a whole week (Tuesday 6/17 - Tuesday 6/24). We recommend arriving Wednesday/Thursday-Sunday if you want to attend the Welcome Bonfire we will be hosting the night before the wedding. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights.

WHAT IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL?
Answer
An all inclusive hotel means that your food and drinks are included in the price of your room. You will have access to 21 restaurants and 12 bars with Pueblo Bonito’s all inclusive plan. Feel free to download the Pueblo Bonito App on your phone or visit their website to see the various restaurants/bars and activities included at the resort!

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, we are asking all guests to stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Due to the resort being secured and not open to the public, those who don't have reservations at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach are not allowed on the premises. This is not just a wedding it’s your vacation so please enjoy :)

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

We understand this is a destination wedding and not everyone will be able to attend. Although we will miss celebrating with you, kindly RSVP no so that we have an accurate count on our numbers.

HAVE YOUR PASSPORT READY!
Answer
Yes! You will need a passport to travel. Everyone traveling to Mexico will need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. This means your passport must be valid until at least December 2025. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, please make sure it is in good standing. If you do not have a passport, apply ASAP because it is taking anywhere from 3-6 months to receive your passport in the mail! You can make an appointment at your nearest post office to start the process!

WILL MY PHONE WORK IN MEXICO?
Answer
Yes! Almost all carriers support international travel! Please contact your carrier to ensure your coverage. There may be a fee to support international travel cellular service. Just double check! You will also have access to the hotel Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

NEVER BEEN TO MEXICO?
Answer
Cabo is one of the safest cities to visit! Most beaches in Cabo are not swimmable due to the high rip tide and dangerous waves. Please be aware of flags indicating if the water is safe. Pueblo Bonito has a sister property with one of the few swimmable beaches in the city! Feel free to enjoy that beach via shuttle!

DO I NEED TO RSVP?
Answer
Whether you are able to attend our wedding or not, please RSVP. If we do not receive your RSVP by March 18th, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the resort in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Please contact us if you encounter problems with the online RSVP so we can resolve any issues that may arise.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Children are welcome to the wedding! We want you to make the most out of your vacation. Prices vary for children under certain ages, please refer to the Travel and Booking Tab and the website for more information. The resort does offer a babysitting service as well, please see the front desk when you arrive or call them for more details.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY ROOM AT PUEBLO BONITO SUNSET BEACH?

Once you have read through the details we have provided in the Q + A tab, please visit the Travel & Hotel Booking Info tab on our website to view instructions on how to reserve your room at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. There is a deposit of one night stay to book your room and final payment is made at check in. The deposit is refundable up to 21 days before your arrival, you may also adjust the dates of your stay until then should you need to. All wedding guest reservations must be made under our wedding code: HILDEBRAND25

IS THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. Please note that the ceremony and reception will not take place directly on the beach, so no need to worry about sand!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
We’re getting married near the beach overlooking the ocean, so beach semi formal. We can’t wait to see our friends and family all dressed up! Ladies: cocktail attire mid length or full length dresses. Gents: dress pants and dress shirt (tie & suit jacket optional). Please avoid sneakers and white of course! Mexico during June is hot and sunny.
