Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both, weather permitting the ceremony and dancing will be outdoors. Please note that in spring the temperatures can be in the 70s during the day and drop into the 40s after sunset. There will be a few heaters provided outdoors.

How do we get to Hood River?

Answer

Hood River is not the easiest to get to with out a car but here are some ways to get there without one. Taxi Service - This can get you out to Hood River but service returning to Portland might be difficult. Columbia Gorge Express - We have this in our travel section as well but this is a daily public bus to and from Gateway Transit Center which is a short MAX line ride from the airport. https://www.ridecatbus.org/columbia-gorge-express/ Shuttle Service - At this time, we do not have a scheduled shuttle service from PDX to Hood River. However, if a sufficient number of guests are able to share their travel plans with us in advance, we will explore the possibility of arranging transportation, provided there is enough interest to make it feasible.

How do we get to the Crag Rat Hut?

We will be having shuttles pick up guests at yet to be determined locations in Hood River. Please share your accommodation selection with us to help us set the locations.
