Vaccinated: What COVID protocols should we keep in mind?

Answer

Vaccinated guests do not have to wear masks and do not have to social distance. Our venue reserves the right to ask for proof of vaccination - either physical or a photo. If vaccination cannot be proven, you will be asked to wear a mask. (Updated 7/14)

Unvaccinated: What COVID protocols should we keep in mind?

Answer

Masks are required for all unvaccinated guests during the entire wedding weekend. Unvaccinated guests may remove their masks while actively eating or drinking. As recommended by the CDC, we strongly encourage you to get the COVID-19 vaccine, for your safety and the safety of other guests, including children under 5 and the elderly. Our venue reserves the right to ask for proof of vaccination - either physical or a photo. If vaccination cannot be proved, you will be asked to wear a mask. (Updated 7/14)

What's the dress code?

Answer

The fancier side of cocktail attire (dresses/jumpsuits or a suit and tie). We will be on the roof for the ceremony, please keep the weather in mind.

When should I actually arrive at the wedding venue?

Answer

Please arrive promptly by 6pm, the ceremony will begin shortly thereafter.

Will there be a virtual live stream of the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The virtual live stream will start approximately at 6:05pm PST, the ceremony is planned for 6:15pm PST. To watch the live stream click (or copy and paste to your URL browser bar) the link below. Simply click on the link, then wait for the live stream to begin! https://loveca.st/rachelandscott You can RSVP in advance to get a notification from the website for the event as well. Is the reception at the same location as the ceremony?

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting).

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Formal invitations will include choice of entree, which may not meet your dietary restrictions. In this case, please tell us directly (this includes vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, vegan, etc.). We’ll do our best to accommodate for entrees. No, Brad, you can’t have the kids’ meal.
