Parents of the Bride

Robin and Michael (lovingly Ima and PB) have instilled in Julia the values of family, tzedakah (charity), working hard, and being passionate about what you do. They are some of her biggest cheerleaders and she feels so grateful for the relationship they have. Robin and Michael are two of the most supportive and loving people and have welcomed Robert into their family with open arms (and a big hug)! The wedding would not be possible without the generosity of Michael and Robin.

Ellen and Scott instilled in Robert the values of honesty and commitment to his loved ones. Robert's parents stressed the importance of doing the right thing even when difficult or inconvenient. Robert owes his education, career, and many other accomplishments to his parents. The wedding is only possible with the generosity of Ellen and Scott.

Jess Baer

If you know Julia, you likely know how obsessed she is with her sister, Jess. Jess is a badass Child Life Specalist and is always making people laugh. She is incredibly selfless and is the perfect Type B to Julia's Type A! Jess and Julia love watching Grey's Anatomy together and spending time with their dogs, Savannah and Cali. Julia truly couldn't imagine life without her sister Jess and she is so happy that they soon will be back both living in NJ!

Brian Presser

Best Man

Brian is Robert's oldest brother and first mentor. Brian shared many of his interests with Robert. Their phone calls often go on for hours. Brian helped Robert throughout his education, reviewing projects and helping him study for exams from childhood to college years.

Stephanie Shaloff

Bridesmaid

Steph is one of Julia's oldest friends and is the Cristina Yang to her Meredith Gray. Steph is a calming energy that helps complement Julia's excited presence, and Steph is the third Baer daughter! Steph and Julia have been friends since middle school and are always in touch throughout the day, chatting about anything and everything! Steph has joined many Baer family functions and loves spending time at the "Baer Den" regardless of whether Julia is home. Steph and Julia have been through many stages of life together and have been friends for more of their lives than they haven't!

Neil Presser

Best Man

Neil is the older brother of Robert. Neil introduced Robert to a variety of sports and helped Robert learn the clarinet in their youth. Neil and Robert bowled together until college. Their days off from school were filled with improvised baseball, card, and board games.

Dani Kornbluh

Julia and Dani met in college where they were sorority sisters and lived in the DZ house together! They also were roommates for two years in Manhattan where they went on many delicious adventures to try restaurants throughout the city! Dani is an incredible friend, and she and Julia continue to be incredible support systems for one another!

Benjamin Weiss

Ben is one of Robert's first friends, meeting when they were just six. Ben and Robert lived together for a year after college. Before they had finished high school, they had traveled to Florida, Saratoga Springs, Nashville, and Minneapolis.

Jenna Roth Goldberg

Once Julia decided on Muhlenberg College for her undergrad, she was continuously told that she MUST meet "THE" Jenna Roth, and, after one Friday night at Hillel, it was clear why! Julia and Jenna can have an entire conversation without uttering a single word because of their deep kinship. Jenna and Julia share many voice memos throughout the week because they love hearing each other's voices and staying in touch!

Alex and Robert have been close friends since their early teens. Alex's quirky sense of humor and lovable personality have been a part of many of Robert's most delightful memories. Robert had the honor of being in Alex's bridal party at Alex's wedding last year.

Hannah and Julia met during their freshman year at Muhlenberg College where they were both on the Hillel board! Hannah and Julia share a deep emotional bond and are always there for one another! Hannah's presence is a warm hug for Julia. Julia was honored to be Bridesmaid in Hannah's wedding in October 2022!

Brian is a devoted friend of Robert. The two met when they were nine, and they have supported one another, whether close by or from afar. Brian's kindness has impressed upon Robert the importance of paying it forward.

Isabella Zissman

Izzy and Julia met on their first day of their Freshman Year at Muhlenberg when they were in the same orientation group. "Ice Cube Izzy" and "Jelly Bean Julia" have been close friends since that day, and they were both RA's together during their junior year. Izzy and Julia went abroad the same semester (Izzy to Sweden and Julia to Italy) and met in Israel because they couldn't go without four months of seeing each other! Julia is honored to be a Bridesmaid in Izzy's wedding this year! Fun fact: Julia's dad is officiating Izzy's wedding to her fiancée McKenna!

Roger Rosenquist

Roger and Robert met in their first year of college. Their friendship grew quickly due to their mutual interest in baseball and entertainment. They roomed together during their junior year and shared hysterical moments that they still reference!

Isabel Miltenberg

Isabel is always on the same wavelength as Julia, as Julia says, Isabel "just gets it." Isabel and Julia worked together at Spring Lake Day Camp and also went to Muhlenberg College together! Isabel and Julia are both very emotion-minded and have always been there for each other! Julia and Isabel lived 4 blocks from one another in Manhattan and can spend hours in deep conversations!

Andrew and Robert met in 6th Grade and bonded instantly. Andrew and Robert noodged each other more than anyone. During their friendship, they adventured across Long Island and through New York City. Andrew's ambition inspired all those who knew him, especially Robert.

Sadie is the daughter of Julia's cousin, Emily, and her husband, Scott, born just after Julia and Robert began their relationship. Sadie is eager to take on the challenge of being a flower girl!

Claire is Robert's niece, the daughter of Brian and Robert's sister-in-law, Jasmine. Claire cannot wait to spread joy and flowers down the aisle!
