Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We recommend the Tru by Hilton Ashburn Hotel! See the "Travel" tab for the link to our room block. Welcome drinks for family is a short walk from the hotel. There will also be a shuttle to and from the wedding from this location. The hotel is located in One Loudoun, a popular hub for food, shopping, and events.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding?

Answer

There will be a shuttle between the Tru by Hilton Ashburn Hotel and Sycamore House. Pick up at the hotel begins at 3:55pm and will depart at 4:10pm. There will be an 8:30pm early shuttle and a 10pm event end shuttle back to the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held on the lawn of the Sycamore House courtyard (pictured above), so please plan footwear accordingly. Floor length dresses are optional, and suits and ties are encouraged.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM so please arrive 15 minutes prior.

Yes, there is a parking lot with ample parking. We will also be providing a shuttle from the hotel.
