What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting semi-formal attire for the evening. We ask that you avoid navy blue and dessert rose as they are reserved for our party, guests should avoid wearing white, as that's reserved for the bride.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids invited?

We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of those little ones in our wedding party. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where are the ceremony & reception taking place?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Stoney Creek Castle.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late!

Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you - get ready to party!

Yes (fingers crossed)! Please note- the weather at the end of May is unpredictable. we recommend you dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30 pm ensure you seated on time.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We love our photographer & we know you will too! We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.
