Logan Airport is an hours drive to the hotels and likely the most convenient of the airport options.

Worcester Regional Airport is about 30-40 minute drive to the hotels. It's a smaller airport with just JetBlue and American Airlines. They do have a rental car option with either Avis, Hertz, or Thrifty.
