Question

What if I want to bring my kids to the resort?

Answer

Absolutely bring them! As there is a max capacity for the Ceremony and Reception, we have made it an adults only event. BUT, there are plenty of child care services offered at the resort. The wedding is on the family side, so you will be no further than a three minute walk to your rooms. You can call the resort front desk to see which type of child care services they offer.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Transportation is already set up for all of our guest. Once you have your flight information, please send it to our travel agent, Lisa, at Ljohnson@destinationweddings.com so she can arrange your ride to the resort!

Question

Is there a dress code for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Embrace the tropical spirit! As we will be in a tropical location, we understand it is going to be hot so yes, men can wear dress shorts. This is a semi formal event which includes: button down dress shirts, gowns, cocktail dresses. Please do not wear white, black, grey or red.

Question

How do I find the Brides during our stay?

Answer

The brides will be setting up a WhatsApp so everyone can know exactly where they are the entire trip. They will post the link here a month before the wedding so everyone can download the app. They want to spend time with all of their family and friends and would love for you to join them every step of the way!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st by booking your room and texting Amy Badamo @ (516) 903-1916

Question

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony begins at 5:00pm sharp. Please arrive at the Sky Gazebo no later than 4:40 pm.

Question

Can I post photos/videos to social media?

Answer
