If you’d like to arrive early or stay longer (for example, coming in on Friday, September 12, or leaving on Tuesday, September 15), the El Cortez will honor a discounted rate for those additional nights. Just mention your plans when you call to book!

Please note that reservations cannot be made online and the cutoff date for these rates is August 25th, so be sure to book before then! The hotel will honor a discounted rate on Friday and Monday if you are also staying those days. We have secured two room options at the below discounted rate for our Vegas weekend. When you call to book, please be sure to specify if you'd like a room with 2 queens or 1 king bed. The difference between a Tower Room and a Tower Suite is that Tower Room is just a typical room, and the suite has a living room area with couch. If you plan to have more than 2 guests in your room, there is a $10 fee per additional person, BUT to avoid this fee, simply just tell the person on the phone that you only have 2 guests for your booking. After all, it’s Vegas—who’s counting how many people are in a room? No one will know.

There’s no wrong way to roll into Vegas — it’s all about what works best for you! Some will be flying in from different parts of the country, while others from California are choosing to drive or catch a quick flight. (Nicole is flying). If you're LA-based and thinking about driving, reach out to Nicole, Candace or Shelby. We are happy to help coordinate a carpool with anyone looking to share the ride and save on travel costs. Just let us know what you're thinking... we're here to help!

Once you land, you can grab a rideshare or taxi to the hotel. (Both are easy and readily available). While the El Cortez does not offer airport pick-up, they do offer DROP-OFF shuttle service daily from 7am to 2pm (limited seating, so plan ahead!). Let us know if you need help coordinating your arrival or ride — we’ve got you!
