How do I RSVP?

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online no later than June 1, 2026. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire — ladies can wear floor-length or tea-length dresses (no hat required) and gentlemen can wear a suit. Weather permitting, we hope to host our cocktail hour outside, so please plan your outfit and shoes accordingly. If weather does not cooperate, we will be hosting our celebration exclusively inside.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest arriving close to 1 PM so you have time to grab a welcome drink, explore the grounds and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 2 PM.

Where do I park?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot to accommodate our guests during the celebration. You may leave your car overnight at the venue and pick-up the following day by 10 AM.

I'm staying in Stow-on-the-Wold and don't have a car. How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We’ll be providing a shuttle between Stow-on-the-Wold and Hyde House on our wedding day. Pick-ups will be outside the Town Hall, with shuttles running to the venue from 12:30–1:30 PM, and again from 8:00 PM to midnight to bring guests back after the celebration.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However. we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We love that you want to capture our special day! We ask that you be courteous of our wedding photographer during our ceremony by being present and not using your phone/camera. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. Plus, we’ve got a fun photo surprise waiting for you on-site!

What are my reception dinner options?

Answer

We are still in the menu deciding process but are planning on a plated dinner. We will accommodate any food allergies or diet restrictions to the best of our abilities. Please note any allergies/restrictions during the RSVP process.

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer
